1. I am immensely grateful to my bosses and organizations that I worked for, for being so forward, thinking and flexible.
2. in hindsight, I wonder how I was perceived and how my work was perceived by members of my community beyond just not understanding my work-life floor .

I started working from home a few days a week late 2018. At that time, my community mostly conceived work in a more traditional way “9 to 5””go to the office come back home.” so my work life flow was foreign to those around me. I have a few thoughts:

Now I hear aesthetic and I think: cult, clique, group think. lol Like on some "on Wednesdays we wear pink" & like everyone is actually afraid and insecure and need to be told what to do to feel safe and like they belong.

Saw a TT and the creator said: folks have become so used to **aesthetic** that now they're triggered by authenticity.

We have mistaken surveillance for safety. However, the more we surveil, the more shadows we create. Most don't operate in the light because they've resorted to unethical means to surveil. Harm reduction won't even get addressed. This is about control, not safety.
