TPCi really needs to figure out a better system for Pokémon Center slots for EUIC, NAIC and Worlds
Every time it's an absolute mess and people can't book, waste their time and it's just poor.
Why they continue to use this system, I have no idea

the booster, I will usually take no later than 3 or 4 PM.
Anything more than that and I have a hard time falling asleep and staying asleep.
i am vyvanse which I take in the morning. I am prescribed a small dose of adderall as a booster in the evening if I have stuff to do. I don’t always need it. But it’s great for when I do.
What works for me is I take my meds when I wake up at 6 then lay back down.
