The American flag can be seen on the wing. While the scanning process means that whole images are not stored in a visible readable format on the disc, if the video is slowly panning or zooming over a period of time and the radial speed of the disc is such that adjoining frames layer almost perfectly on top of eachother, the resulting video signal builds in such a manner that a single frame composed of multiple frames becomes visible in the disc etching.

So TechTangent's video the other day got me thinking because a long time ago I could of sworn on some discs I could see actual images, but Laserdisc doesn't work like that.....unless a bunch of things are correct.

Sure enough, I can confirm that you *CAN* see not just text, but images on the disc!

I've been experimenting with very large Blender imports of the stuff we made in "activeworlds". Definitely at the limits of what this computer can take. I also made another world depicting just a tiny section of the player spawn for "SW City" which was the largest contiguous city from this platform.
