I loved this conversation with Rashi.
It's something quite wonderful when someone is able to ask you the right questions to express yourself confidently.

A screenshot of my book on Amazon. Be a Super Dad: Reflective Advice for Fatherhood.
This has been a labour of love.
I would appreciate you buying this and most importantly giving me a review to help get the Amazon algorithm gods on side.
If you buy the book there's a free 21 day challenge workbook to download.

Tonight marks the second session of #TheTrevarthenSeries. It is so interesting bringing together these insightful researchers on infant experience. Tonight is Maya Gratier from Paris, exploring the richness in singing between parents & babies.

This will be fantastic. Check it out.
I'm really excited to be sharing Mark Williams BCAh FRSA Dear Dad letter over on Substack. Thanks Mark.
Dear Dad is a series of letters written to Dads and by Dads.
What advice would you have given to yourself prior to Fatherhood?

What advice would you give to your younger self before becoming a dad?
I'm really proud to increase the voices of dads and start this series of letters by Dads to their younger selves.
Check out Chris's brilliant reflective advice in the piece below.

There has been lots of attentn paid within the media to the actions of Elon Musk's 4-yr-old son at a press conference held this week in the Oval Office. The child's forceful statements have sparked entertainmnt. I want to call attentn to his emotional state. THREAD

Great to see Dad Shift here.
I'm a big fan of their campaign and what they are doing for Dads and Paternity leave
They need our help to get a few more followers though.
Please give this a share.

This is one of my favourite books nevermind football books. Outstanding.
Not an academic but one of the most infuriating things is finding something that's relevant to your work, grabs your attention, can help people and improve your practice but you have to go around the houses to read it.
Excellent. Glad you're here.
Wow that's stunning.
More than 70% of UK women say they’ve experienced sexual harassment in public spaces & over 95% of women aren’t reporting it because they don’t believe it will change anything. 📊

This #InternationalMensDay, we've launched our new article to help professionals recognise mental health challenges in fathers, engage and empower them, and start supportive conversations with practical tips:
@fathersnetwork.bsky.social welcome aboard 😁
Ha ha. Glad you appreciated it. 😁
Glad I found you over here Paul. Love your stuff. Good Work!
If you bring central London to a halt in order to campaign against catastrophic climate change then you're a "barmy" eco "fanatic" who deserves to be locked up.
If you do the same to hang on to your multimillion pound inheritance tax exemption then you're a brave freedom fighter defying the odds
Just love Dan's work. Such a positive account to follow.

That is awesome. Have fun!
Why does snow bring out the inner child?
Looking forward to listening to this when it comes out Suzanne. I've bought the book but not got around to reading it. This is a good reminder.
This International Men’s Day I'm thinking about the great group of dads that I continue to hang out with this week as I get to deliver Circle of Security. Such a brilliant group who by the end of this programme will have spent 18 weeks aiming to be the best dad they can be. #internationalmensday
Bit of a wet day today in Forest Schools but the 'Tache is coming on nicely #movember
So my clever followers, if you were to create a session or program for dads to support their partners with Post Natal Depression what would you include? Currently thinking of a proposal to PIMHS to give Dads a way where they can feel useful and focused. Do you know of any examples or research?
