Imagine An org you have no membership in because you’re retired sells off your healthcare to create a cash flow for a fund they misused. In 2025 the MLC admitted to the Comptroller they did this knowing it wouldn’t solve their problem, only buy them time. Retirees need legislation to protect us

Still getting fees at NYC M Social- a hidden “charitable donation” you don’t get advised about at check-in, and if you tell them not to charge you, they’ll do it anyway the day after you check out & you have to fight to get it reversed

Now you should look at hidden donation they collect. The M Social/Millenium has been doing this for years & they don’t ask or notify you. You only find it if you get an itemized bill & you have to fight to get the fee removed
