Posting this as both a fun melody I made recently and also proof that I am a real human
my 2nd album has a handful of free codes available if you're curious and would like a copy for yourself.
The one thing I speak to my phone no longer works. Thanks Google for replacing Assistant with Gemini

Remember when everyone got paper shredders to prevent thieves from *digging thru trash* to steal identities?
And then all our identities were stolen via huge corporate data catalogs leaking them anyway?
Good times.
I should ask AI to route my audio, mixer, and USB cables. Surely it won't do a terrible job, right? ๐คฃ
having fun making some summery, chill tunes
Thank you
@thousandgardens.bsky.social contacted me this week through my "Submit a song" page on my website and he sent me a link to his album Coastlines. He has some really incredible songs; I dig everything I've heard so far. Everyone needs to hear his work. Thank you for contacting me! I'm forever a fan!
should emo rap be renamed to cling rap?
I normally only see a few Apple Music plays, but this is truly amazing to me. โค๏ธโ๐ฅ
"Coastlines" is now available for streaming everywhere. Spotify, Youtube, Apple, and the rest. Combining inspiration from vintage electronic artists like Boards of Canada, Mouse on Mars, plus modern artists like Black Moth Super Rainbow, Fourtet, etc, I hope you enjoy this downtempo-tinged album.
As I continue to create more music, I am excited to continue sharing this journey with all of you. But for now, I can enjoy sharing this album in full with everyone.
"Coastlines" is yours now, and the rest of the world. Thank you again.
I know some artists say that they finish a release and then never or rarely listen to it once it's done, but I have found myself gravitating towards these songs over the last few weeks (and more, for some of them) ๐
For those of you who follow me, thank you. My third album, Coastlines, is available on Bandcamp now and should be available to stream in your local area when you wake up.
It has been a joy to create this work, and I have been enjoying it regularly since it wrapped up. ๐
@maneframemusic.bsky.social need this for blackjack

I told my wife "did you know windows key + V brings up your clipboard history" and she went "WHAAAT THAT IS THE 2ND BEST NEWS I HEARD ALL DAY"
Falling Leaves, the last single before the album drops next week, is out today. A slower, melodic song that plays between different instruments as it goes. Enjoy!

I don't only make sad songs, i also make upbeat or even danceable songs. "Time's Up" has flavors of deep and disco house, and I'm glad I was able to pay homage while still bringing something fresh.
It's streaming everywhere early; here's one link:
"Bread and Circus" started up during a night I was baking, and as the song grew, the idea of how much we are losing today while so many simply plow ahead struck me as so sad.
You can listen early here:
"Saskatchewan" is a short, dynamic song, clearly in the style of Boards of Canada and one thing I always have liked about BoC is that there is an underlying menace in so many of their songs. Not violence, but an unknowable thing.
Anyway you can listen early, here:
"Fireflies" is a sad but hopeful song about chronic pain and loss. uplifting, right?
It's also available to stream early; you can catch it here on Spotify as well as on other platforms:
"A Combination of Various Factors" is the first full song off Coastlines, and combines a driving rhythm, a melodic bassline, flowing arpeggios, a soaring distant melody and a gritty interruption.
It's available to stream everywhere, early. Here it is on Spotify:
this is a snippet of Freestyle, from the album Coastlines
