Jenny reading in a subway car, the yellow and orange seats are unmistakably characteristic of the R46 & R68 cars, commonly seen on the B, D, Q and R lines.
One the things I'm really loving about Consume Me is how unmistakably it takes place in NYC, in subtle but detailed and grounded ways. Reading on the subway, going on dates at museums, the manhattan mall, doing laundry in the basement. I grew up here too, and I never see the city shown like this.
It will surprise literally no one to learn that I fkn loved Consume Me, the coming-of-age slice-of-life WarioWare-meets-Persona game about being an Asian teen (there's more to it than that I promise)
