Trying to stay sane by sitting by the ocean

I shared a photo on Facebook today. I wish there was a better alternative! I am feeling some grief for the loss of the ability to share photos and updates with friends.

Some of the things happening are depressing and terrifying. Still, go dance. Sing. Laugh loudly. Hug your friends. Love deeply. Meditate. Go walk by the magnificent ocean. Take care of yourself and your community.

I started a substack so I can write longer things. Unsure how it will work. Just trying out new social medias.
