I've been delivering corporate training for 7 years. I've only had one really notable all out trainwreck, in 2021. Otherwise it's gone from good enough to great.
Nonetheless, every time before delivering a new course I absolutely cannot sleep. Mind is restlessly planning for ever possible outcome.
Maybe easier through self employment, but plenty of self employed that don't find meaning in it, and plenty of salaried roles that give you a sense of purpose. You'll find it, every company sleeping on you is missing a huge winning opportunity.
