How can they they verify withought storing the data? My concerns are still present... too many effing data leaks for me to trust the gov with picking a trustworthy contractor

How will the age verification be done? Where will the data be stored? In what country?
New Hampshire has a bill requiring age verification for accessing material online that meets Miller Test obscenity criteria. Libraries and Colleges exempted. ISPs liable if parents catch them letting material through w/o age verification.
