Ya that’s more or less what I laid out here and what ive been saying for a couple years now. It’s clear they need to sell copies of games. Skip game pass for a year and get those sales then put it on the service
My thoughts on the major changes at #Xbox on Friday. I remain cautiously optimistic and willing to give Asha and the team the time to get their vision in place.

One of the crappy things about reviewing games early is not being able to talk about a game.
What I can do is talk about what I just finished. Has anyone been playing Disciples: Domination? It didn’t have much hype but it’s a fun RPG! Just missed 3 achievements in it too.
My first review of 2026. I don’t play RPG’s much anymore as I don’t have the time for long games, but I’m glad I played Disciples: Domination. Definitely worth checking out imo.
Today’s look back is one of my favourite games and series, Ace Combat 7.
I was late to the Ace Combat party but I’ve been hooked ever since. 7 was a fantastic game and I’m surprised it isn’t talked about more. Stoked 8 is out this year.

Today’s look back is the visually stunning adventure game Abzu.
This is an easy one for achievement hunters and is a must play 3-4 hour experience. Nothing like exploring the ocean.

Been super busy the last couple days so missed these, but today’s look back is the co-op gem A Way Out.
While this isn’t quite on the same tier as the last couple Hazelight games, it is still a fantastic game.

This afternoon’s look back is imo one of the best games of last generation, A Plague Tale: Innocence.
This game was gripping from beginning to end with an emotional story and good game play. Definitely a must play game.

As far as I can tell no. These guys worked on the old Diablo games and Torchlight series.
The last month or so I’ve felt pretty burnt out, specifically on the website. I’ve written nearly 850 articles in 20 months, not to mention the back end stuff, emails etc etc.
Thankfully I’m feeling recharged and super motivated for us to kill it in 2026. Sometimes you just need to recharge.

A bit disappointed Like A Dragon wasn’t an actual statue but like the other pack ins. The Shin Megami steelbook is gorgeous though. #Xbox

It’s 2026 so time for a yearly update on the Xbox collection. The Xbox One/Series collection is up to 433 games, a 27 game increase from a year ago, the same increase as last year oddly enough.
Here’s to another year of showing some Xbox gamers do indeed buy games!
