You could ask what segment of technical SEO is most sought after, see if there're common themes/challenges to be addressed

I think it's incredibly difficult to provide a comprehensive talk in event format nowadays. So much complexity in modern SEO but I do think it highlights an opportunity if you think there's appetite!!
