Finished up Service Model by @aptshadow.bsky.social not too long ago, and as an intro to his body of work, it was delightful.
I love an intriguing premise executed earnestly and “what if a robot valet found himself out of a job because he killed his owner, without knowing why,” is a killer mystery.

It’s a bit less oppressive than the others but it’s very much in the tone of 1984 so it’s not a cheery ride on contemplation even though the overall tone and pace of the movie is more colourful and frenetic. I feel like the fact it has a kinda heroic and hopeful air just makes the sadness hit harder
