Horrified at the very idea of outlining. I even write my cozy mystery series without a real plan except knowing who the murderer is. I love discovering everything alongside the reader :)

If I pre plan I loose interest in writing the book :) the important thing is to find a method that works for you :)

Intuitively I suppose, but I’ve been doing it for 20 years and I’ve written over 100 books :)

And it’s not a first draft, it’s the book as I edit as I go. :)

Ok, to be fair when I’m 85% done I do try and write a bullet point list of what I think might come next :)

Yes, people can have millions of conversations and still miscommunicate. When authors don’t let the characters speak at all is the issue especially if the problem is too easy to fix
