The red is very in your face and i know thats part of the atheistic.
I would say the crosshair elements could do with being made smaller so it doesnt impact view.
Id also take a look at some of the modded huds for like mechwarrior 5 or even world of tanks.

Im 2 days late to this so for the rest of the week im spending 2 to 4 hours mapping and learning.
I have ideas, but i may need to shelve them so i can get something out. Even if its not great.
Though being the fast learner i am we shall see what i can achieve in 18 days. I learned unity in 3 days.

Yes dark ages story is that that powerful. As its not the straightforwardness we come to expect of doom titles. But it was never ment to go that way. They even told us they were wanting to develop the world they created and tell the stories before doom 2016 and eternal.
Now yes without the armor and divinity machine he is an absolute power house but we find out he was near death trying to continue the fight but was found by king noviks people. Thrown into an arena and absolutely beat the snot out of their best warriors.
Doom guy in this series is the same guy from doom 64. But turned into a literal god with the divinity machine. Fueled by an armor that as he kills the forces of hell gives him limitless regenerative function to keep fighting.
He became a mack truck wielding a Volkswagen.
I love hearing the opinions of other people on dooms story specially dark ages.
And i can understand why DA doesnt stand up to doom 2016 or eternal. But thats kinda the point? It was exploring his time before during the great war going on in this new universe that is not his own.
