Calgary in January is no fun! I have family there and even they leave this time of year 😂

I had moved to the Bay Area that year from the east coast and it was pretty surreal. I remember worrying that it wouldn’t really happen but it was called relatively early. I took the VTA to work the next day and the Black woman bus operator was ecstatic.

Apparently a lot of the airspace is restricted due to all the airports and being on the coast (learned when trying to find a spot for my kid’s drone). I have no idea why fireworks aren’t a problem and drones would be much better.

Was just going to suggest Muji as well.

Noe esp the part close to Glen park and towards Bart is perfect. Also Glen park is a small neighborhood though very few multi family situations. Maybe just exactly within your requirements there are a few apartment complexes near Balboa BART. One near a whole foods and one off Geneva. Newer const.

We found that even having people spend a few months in office before going to full remote was helpful for them.

You can now buy extremely expensive Indian mangoes in the US. Alphonso etc. still not the same but worth it.
