Couldn’t agree more. The only truly useful ecg sign is the heart rate.

My bet: no difference in mortality or long term end-points, faster resolution of symptoms in the short term and shorter ICU stay. Cost effectiveness? At this point, the kit costs as much as at least half a week in ICU here.
