There only being one dmv in Durham and it being a tiny room in a strip mall is so insane to me
so Pepin is currently in surgery to be able to pee again, cuz the first time he had the procedure done it was done by a vet that didnt have the specialization, so it wasnt done correctly and it scarred over wrong.
