Same story with me. It was in my queue for the longest time as I was reluctant to watch it

Turned out to be Brendan Fraser week for me. Started the week watching Rental Family, and then tonight I watched The Whale.
Heartbreaking and difficult to watch, but what an outstanding performance.

About Time
You're gonna need a bigger boat
Calling it a day to eat pizza and watch Kpop Demon Hunters with my son. #priorities #workfromhomelife
An iced coffee from Dunkin is still safer than snorting drugs off of a dirty toilet bowl rim
Hoping that we arenβt heading for one of those classic early spring tricks in Southern New Englandβ¦ 60s advertised, and then suddenly βha! Hereβs your back door cold front! Enjoy another cloudy day in the 40sβ
we have had some stubborn very hard packed and thick ice⦠Hoping the rain helps get rid of that!
happy Friday!
Aww, thanks babe! it was a big change, havenβt been blonde for the first 50 years of my life. But I am happy with it!
Attagirl! I did take a short trip out this morning to get a nice coffee and a breakfast sandwich, but now my plan is the same as us β stay inside all day! Benefits of working from home
Good morning hun!
Good morning Jasmine! Stay dry today!
Happy Friday peeps! Wow, what a difference a week makes! It's amazing how more smoothly the week goes when you get 3' of snow and have power and heat!
As I think you can see over my shoulder here, it is very rainy and still cold. But I will take it. Don't have to shovel rain!
Make it a great one!
We were just sharing some apps. We had potato skins, and then some fried pickles.
I knowβ¦ Really healthy! π Thatβs even a full sugar regular Coke in my glass LOL
Me about to go on a rampage against school administration
right now after my son just told me on a ride home from school βteacher said flu shots make you sick because they put all sorts of chemicals in there to make you sickβ

Congrats Alyssa!
Taking time for self care this morning. I have been feeling soft and puffy lately, so I joined a gym! I couldn't wait long enough for snow and ice to be gone to get on my bike again. And NOW, some post workout breakfast to recover and fuel myself for the rest of the day!
That is indeed great revenge!
Screw 'em. They never deserved you
They do!
See! It definitely has its place. Times like that, or you have just had a really long night and want to get an egg mcmuffin and hash brown in your tummy before you dace the day.
Which reminds me: MUCH better at breakfast than lunch/dinner
February 2025 sucked. Getting hurt. Surgery. And being fired is awful enough, but when people are saying it's because of who you are, there is no real way to describe that hurt.
But it turns, outside of meeting my wife and the birth of my kids, the best thing that ever happened to me.
That call (and e-mail- they were aggressive) was one year ago today. I started about a month later, when I was physically recovered enough to start.
Which resulted in my now current employer reaching out to me. They wanted me to join their team, and they made a great offer. And it's weird because I hadn't even begun to even think of a new job, never mind start looking for one.
Being recruited was a new one for me.
News of my firing had spread quickly from multiple sources, none of which were me. Again, I was just trying to recover and learn to use my arm again. But it became a story because many felt this wasn't a random layoff: that I was targeted because of who I am.
In February 2025, while on indefinite sick leave following a nasty accident that left me with a broken arm, broken wrist, and concussion, and three days after surgery to repair my arm and wrist, I was DOGE'd (fired) by Elon Musk and the Trump Administration.
Samesies! Fast food and chains have their place, but I prefer to spend my money at an independent locally owned business and support owners who believe in their product and are giving it their all to survive and thrive. It makes us better communities
My review of the Big Arch: It's good, but its still McDonalds and not worth the price. It comes in at about $12 for the sandwich; $16 for the meal. There are lots of bars/pubs around here you can get a much better burger and fries for $16-$18. I wouldn't get it again.

Why are you crying? It's just a kid's movie.
