1 - Use the JPL Sky Crane that landed Curiosity and Perseverance. Estimated $6.6B-$7.7B.
2 - Use a "heavy lander" from "existing commercial partners." Est. $5.8B-$7.1B

Stoke Space has released renders of its up and coming Nova rocket. The ~124 foot tall rocket will fly from LC-14 at Cape Canaveral, and is aimed to provide 3,000 kg to LEO with a fully reusable architecture (Up to 7,000 kg when expended).
