It's a roasted half potato with a modest selection of toppings. Sadly, the server had not been properly instructed in the fine art of potato fluffing so it was all just piled loosely on top of the flat side. No structural integrity whatsoever.
Probably something called “chef's potato” if the dining hall menu is correct.

Those are Costco prices, and I just realized my early benchmark was actually Tuesday morning, not Monday night. I was there Monday, didn't think to check, then decided I should fill up Tuesday morning to be safe.
