Complete petitions are due by 5PM on April 7, 2025. Please refer to rules for procedures on returning your completed petition as well as your 3-digit delegate constituency # which is required on the petition. Dues-paying PEF members as of March 6 are eligible to apply.
Go to www.pef.org/elections/ to download a petition to apply to be a convention delegate. When submitting a petition by email, please use your personal email not your work address.
Convention Delegates receive Employee Organizational Leave (EOL) and are not required to use accruals to attend. Delegates receive a $150 meal stipend, and travel and lodging are handled by PEF.
This year more than any other our rights as organized labor and the public services PEF members provide to New Yorkers are under attack. Help chart the unionβs course for the coming year, impact PEF's priorities, and learn from your fellow members about how to make a difference.
