White Fungus will hold the first-ever event at Taichung Art Museum’s open-air rooftop Culture Forest on Saturday, March 7, 3–7pm.

Featuring sound performances by Wang Fujui, Yenting Hsu, Nick Tsai, and Lai Shi-Chao; a live performance by Tokyo artist HANASAKI Kaya; and a DJ set by Lim Giong.

White Fungus publication The Subconscious Restaurant is part of a Taichung Art Museum display at Eslite Books in Taichung. The fifth issue of TSR is part of a collaborative project connected to the museum’s inaugural exhibition A Call of All Beings.

The new issue of White Fungus features a photo essay by Yao Jui-Chung on animatronic displays of hell from temples in Taiwan and Singapore, accompanied by a text on the Chinese conception of hell.

I didn't knew, who Dino was...until I went to Taiwan in 2018 and saw him play live.

What an incredible musician - and as said here, quite important in its role of forming taiwanese noise music.

The new White Fungus has an article about Taiwanese noise pioneer Dino (Liao Ming-Ho) who sadly passed away in 2022. Dino was part of the explosion of noise music in 90s Taiwan following the lifting of martial law, creating electronic music using feedback from simple analog equipment.
