The new White Fungus has an article about Taiwanese noise pioneer Dino (Liao Ming-Ho) who sadly passed away in 2022. Dino was part of the explosion of noise music in 90s Taiwan following the lifting of martial law, creating electronic music using feedback from simple analog equipment.
