WTF! The Trump administration plans to review (with the intent to remove or eliminate) some of the nation’s wildlife refuges and fish hatcheries. Agency director Brian Nesvik ordered officials to identify refuges/hatcheries whose purpose the administration claims “no longer aligns with the mission.”

Could also be that Oakland has more QCT designation for tax credits. AHSC is amazing but getting 30% more eligible basis is a game changer.
