He put everything he had into his last title run and it was excellent, MJF vs. Danielson maybe one of my favorite matches of all time. I can't imagine TK wouldn't have given him back the belt if MJF hadn't pitched him some fantastic stories.
I suspect the one who isn't letting Mox take a break is Mox. The man freaking loves wresting and if TK forced him to take a break from AEW he'd probably book like 100 indie dates to fill the gap.

This may be completely untrue, but its kind of on them to convince me otherwise! An uber generous "please come back, we're not torturing our players anymore" free week/event would go a long way to winning back trust.
My perception from EoF is that the game is far to complicated and convoluted to even consider coming back to right now. I'm just envisioning drowning in terrible loot and being blocked off the best content until I've "anted" enough suffering/grinding to be granted admittance into anything fun.

I could not be less interested in this movie, so if their goal is to get OG MCU fans interested again it failed miserably. The only Gen 2 hero that got over was Spider-Man and Sony owns that. It’s over man.
