🟠 Hey everyone, Fortnite is aware of reports that some players have experienced crashes since the v39.30 update released earlier today.
They’re investigating and will provide an update when they have one.
❕Fortnite is aware of an issue causing islands without active players to show low levels of active CCU in Search. They are working on a fix and will let you know once it's live.
Tomorrow's v39.30 update will fix several lag issues players have reported in the Locker and Lobby menu screens, such as delays when emoting, changing screens, or navigating your Locker.
They’ll have additional fixes for this issue in future updates after v39.30.

Fortnite fixed an issue where Victory Crowns weren't being awarded in Quints matches.
Due to an issue, Fortnite is rescheduling the NAW Mobile Series tournament taking place. I’ll announce the new date and time for competition once the issue is resolved.
Fortnite is working to resolve an issue with the Wingsuit causing a crash when playing on "Performance Mode".
As a workaround, players can switch to "Legacy Performance Mode" in their Video settings to prevent this while they’re working on a fix.
🗓️ Heads up! The following Cups scheduled for tomorrow have new dates:
🔹 Reload Victory Cup has been moved to January 23 (Middle East) and January 25 (all other regions).
🔹 Solo Ranked Cup will take place on January 23 (Middle East) and January 25 (all other regions).
💪 Tactical Assault Rifles and Holo Rush SMGs now deal more damage at longer ranges.
🔻 Deadeye Assault Rifles now deal less damage at longer ranges, has increased hip fire spread, and has slightly more recoil while scoped.
*Deadeye Assault Rifle power has been reduced!
As part of the v39.20 update, some loot pool and balance adjustments has been added to Battle Royale:
🔒 Shockwave Grenades have been vaulted.
🆕 Crash Pad Jr has been unvaulted.
