I've been trying to stay off social media because *gestures at everything* but it would certainly be nice to get a regular dose of weird car bluesky!
Yes adding on to what others have said, there was a tariff based on purchase price. At the time this crossed the border I think the tariff was 10%. This car was pretty cheap, so not too painful. But still, these tariffs are so dumb.
In case you were wondering, Trump's tariffs are slowly killing the music gear industry.

I'm a car enthusiast that hates car dependency. On my YouTube channel I make vids about how cars can be fun/useful, and often advocate for a more balanced transportation ecosystem. This makes the comment section a total blast—I get hate from both car people AND anti-car people. 🎉🫠
