I did think about looking at ExcelFast but I can't take a dependency on pre-alpha code for this project and I'm not sure if it can do the table and pivot table stuff that Export-Excel does. Managed to solve by caching 100 records in memory and then exporting as a batch

Pro tip: Don't call Export-Excel 1500 times while also performing autosizing and creating tables and pivot tables. Its a tad slow.... #powershell

No, it seems to have endless permissions issues and takes 10 seconds to load the VM page. It's faster and more reliable to use FCM even with the recent upgrades. I really want to love it but it just doesn't get the job done better than the old tool 😔
