The idea is to build shops closer together cause you get bonus rewards for building the same shop next to each other. But you can also be scummy and buy land where your opponent needs to build on to get the bonus. I just did that and force them to pay extortion amount of money at the end 😌

So the game is separated into 6 games each with 3 phases. Whoever made the most money wins. Phase 1 you pick 3 out of 5 random plot of lands to build shops on, phase 2 you negotiate with other players to trade or buy their shop/land, phase 3 you build shops and make money depending on what u build.

Played some boardgames on the weekend. This one is called Chinatown and it's basically a massive real estate game. I somehow won immediately 😭
