BOC of the Scops at Dunvant Park from half an hour ago. My second one in the UK and showed far better than the Durham bird in 2017. A few pints now then on to Devon in the morning for the Lesser-crested Tern ๐Ÿคž

Thanks Phil. I thought the heat haze was going to put an end to them but they turned out okay after some editing.

Bit of a mad day yesterday, walked out of a hospital appointment in Edinburgh, seen the news and was north bound, heading for the Butt of Lewis for this Solitary Sandpiper. Arrived in the nick in time as it fed in a ditch, right in front of us @birdguides.bsky.social

Re-edited some shots from my trip to Israel in 2019 with Phil Jones & Andy Stirrat, quite happy with the results. Black Bush Robin was the most sought after + Blackstart and Ruppell's Warbler.

Seeing as Little Bunt has been quoted, I'll go for Chestnut-eared Bunting.
