Not dinner but my breakfast hack is 2 eggs and a banana smashed together, a little cinnamon & vanilla cooked on the pan like scrambled eggs. Drizzle on honey and now you have sweet eggs! You can throw in protein powder and cook them like [healthy] pancakes too! Its good, healthy& takes like 5 mins!
