i still make art but i just send it to a very small group of people now, fuck twitter, fuck bluesky, mastodon, instagram and every other piece of shit hellscape under the damn sun, the whole concept of social media is completely rotten to the core
this is kind of why i dont post much anymore, ive become more and more disenchanted with literally every online space over the past few years to the point where just logging into them makes me feel like shit before i've even been exposed to the things that make these spaces so horrible
at the same time even the websites that are for art are still pretty horrible, i think the whole internet might just be fucked at this point and theres not really many places left for things that are actually enjoyable and not tainted in some way
i fucking hate this type of website it sucks that not everyone will post to websites that were actually made for art and insist on clinging to these rotting fucking wastelands for reasons that will forever be unknown
