I was feeling burnt out by a TTRPG campaign that I used to love, so I decided that once this arc finished we’d pause it and switch to something else.
Honestly? I should do this more often. Means I don’t rush the endings of games that I really enjoyed, and that I can come back with a fresh mind!

I use a 5-3-2 method, by making 5 locations within a larger settlement (a town, hamlet, dungeon, city, etc.); 3 major plot hooks; and 2 antagonists (one being passive and the other being assertive).
Also I know I missed the mark for “Worldbuilding Wednesday” but over on threads I talked about one of my favorite worldbuilding techniques, basically work smaller not larger. While yes Westeros and Middle Earth are fun- your TTRPG games need you on a molecular level to start out!! #TTRPGadvice
