I know someone else with a WL dog that also looks like there is some border collie /no husky in him and shares these traits. Been on a river trip with that dog. he was great. Totally devoted to his owners even after I shared bacon with him every morning! A WL sub-type of community dog maybe?

We saw a few in the Highlands of Scotland a couple summers ago, all by themselves, away from towns. And oddly, on some roads going into the mountains not far from San Fran. You can see Silicon Valley. But no cell service! (This was pre-Trump)

Wondered the same thing! Is it still in service? There are still a few operating phone booths here and there tho I don’t think I’ve seen any in the Yukon.
