Yeah, I won't call it out-and-out bad, it's just not for me. I think the SaGa games iterated on it much better, so I understand it's an essential part of the genre's growth.

The ending and 'the big moment' really stuck to me for quite a while. It's one of my favorite moments in a VN ever. It's played so perfectly well and classy. Amazingly beautiful in my opinion, and it did not leave my brain for a good while.

Nah, Final Fantasy II is just not for me lol. I do not like anything about that game's growth systems. Even the pixel remaster can't pretty it up enough for me to wanna bother.

Getting a party member back up is so hard in Final Fantasy I and even worse if you've already had FAST and TMPR on them. Having to set that back up while getting pelted (if you can even keep them up long enough) is so hard.

Super bummed '68 are calling it quits after the coming tour and album. Gonna have to try and catch a show.

I finished a PR replay and that final dungeon and Chaos are no joke even at level 41. The NES version of Chaos is so much meaner.

I think Mary Skelter is literally a passion project that somehow managed to avoid franchising and being spun off to death by keeping its head down or something xD It has such a different feel to it than Neptunia. MS feels like SOMEONE'S baby.

I've had a name for a project in my head that I hate sounds very cool, but I've never been able to give a story to it quite yet.

This version is pretty cool and the ways it differs from the Genesis version are pretty fun and interesting. the Game Gear/Master System versions being completely different games definitely make them worth checking out.
