A 16 panel grid single page autobio comic, Unquiet Mind, about a recurring dream I used to have of navigating a surreal burning city as a wolf that has internalized the nature of being paralyzed the way the I am.
Threw this old one pager in with the newer work I'm reading for this presentation I'm doing tonight at the Willoughby Public Library.
My grandmother remarried to a guy that had been a fighter pilot in WWII. He would never ever talk about it and I somehow knew not to ask. I think he worked in advertising after the war? He was a phenomenal painter and wood carver. I wish I knew him better.
One of my grandfathers worked on building the St. Lawrence Seaway but I knew him and my grandmother as traveling competitive square dancers.
My other grandfather was an MP in the Pacific and worked in factories until he was disabled in an industrial accident. I knew him as a lonely alcoholic.
Just a reminder this is tomorrow!
If I offered 13 spots drawing your favorite musicians for 100 bucks a piece would any of you be interested? The original you'd get would be 4.25 X 5 and black and white. Willing to draw whole bands too for 250 (8.5 X 11)

No clue what I’m going to talk about other than reading my new comic, Memento Mori. I do love public speaking though, hand me a mic and I’ll start talking.
First time I saw Alex she was dancing in a musical at The Near West Theater and I was blown away. She’s a treasure of this city and Ohio!
Been thinking about this post from Nate yesterday.

Storm, a Black woman with shock-white hair commands a winding tunnel of wind
Whooooosh
I made this tribute poster to celebrate the Granada Sherlock Holmes series starring Jeremy Brett 2 years ago and it is good. Lots of very specific details from the show. I don't often feel happy with my work but I was going back through old files and thought "people should see this!" So here you go.
A black and white drawing of an evil queen with a giant sword sitting on a serpent throne.
I did this pinup for my homie Dara Naraghi's comic, Cerulean The Sorceress, that he's doing with artist Brent Bowman. It's a Savage Sword style magazine format Epic Fantasy comic and the indiegogo has just over 1 day left: www.indiegogo.com/en/projects/...

There’s so many layers to this cruelty.
Watched that video of that guy dressed as Batman yelling at the city council meeting before I fell asleep last night then had dreams that Batman was yelling at me to get my life together.

A cartoon drawing of an ice agent running with a klan hood on his head, no pants but wearing a dirty diaper.
This is what I see when I see these clowns.
Just did that thing where when I started working on my iPad it was daylight out and then when I finished I looked around and discovered I am sitting in an entirely dark house with no lights on. Yikes.
Nurses at Alex Pretti's memorial on Monday in Minneapolis spoke to our reporters about honoring a fellow nurse, who they say helped others until the very end.
"That's what nurses do," nurse Sarah Evans said. "We care and protect. So we'll do what we can to be in between harm and another person."
Kendzior THEY KNEW (2022) excerpt. Crisis isn't red vs blue or dem vs GOP but criminal elite vs ordinary Americans
The LAST four pages of this comic are colored and lettered and (for the most part) done! Free post over on patreon.
