Vast majority of people drive irresponsibly in built up residential areas. The speed limit isn't a target. If a child runs out into the road and you're doing 30 mph down one of those roads, it's on you.

Listen app devs, nobody wants to use your in-app browser. We don't care that it's "powered by Chrome", if I click a link just let it open in default browser. Our cookies and cached info is there, you're actively hindering our experience, and making us less likely to use your app.

In that case what they need to do is a scheme like cold weather payments but for disabled and elderly people. I think a lot of disabled people just want to level the playing field on so many things. Sure, PIP helps, if you can get it, but if energy tariffs adversely affect disabled people, change it
