MAGA has no core beliefs or ideology. It's a personality cult. That's it. It's also why it won't survive a Trump succession

Very Partridge. Needless to say, he had the last laugh

Things I didn't need to know and never thought I would:

Santiago Munoz (GOAL! films, not the kid we signed) has a full on career that includes 3 Madrid spells, a return to Newcastle, Ballon d'Or, change of nationality inc. World Cup win and a tragic death.

Wow.

It was my personal hope for the season. Playing in Europe is nice, not as nice as winning a trophy

Yeah, I'm not sure looking down on people who work in an office is the best idea, given how many people work in offices. It also looks pretty snobby, like they are answering at people who go out to work rather than write op-eds and policy documents

But grammars won't help with this. It's not lack of educational qualifications that locks those children out of top professions. Around 65% of Russell Group students are from state school, ~75-80% get a 1st/2:1. The talent is available but it gets systematically overlooked

I think that's what I find sad about all the articles on Spurs. It's all about the financial cost of relegation rather than the sporting loss for fans. I know that's modern football, but it's still shit and depressing

I'm convinced he's playing in the wrong position. He looks like he'd be a top class 8

Yeah, he went from having a slight knock to being out all season. It'll be a long road back

Kulusevski would be perfect for us. Being able to fill the RW and 10 slot. That injury would be a worry though. I'm sure we could easily negotiate with him all summer before he signs for Man Utd

We could definitely lose out in a protracted pursuit of Van Der Ven or Archie Gray

Oh man, Blister In The Sun was right there!

Catching up on MOTD and I can't see how Haaland wasn't booked for diving in the box but Ramsey was, and was sent off. Is a dive an automatic yellow or not? #nufc

There was *a* Bruno on the pitch though

A thing of beauty

His best performance for us by a long way. Trippier had his best of the season as well. If only they could get motivated for a 3pm game against Brighton or West Ham

I'm not sure what it says when Newcastle's two best performances of the season were when they were down to 10 men (against Liverpool and then tonight). Anyway, the ยฃ10m spent on Osula was worth it for that goal alone #nufc

This has got Man Utd 99th minute winner written all over it #nufc

This is exactly right. He's took a complete guess and sent off a player. They really need to allow VAR for second yellow cards #nufc

Dan Burn looks desperate for a rest. He was knackered after 10 minutes on Saturday. I can only assume Botman is half-fit

Only winning two of 18 games that kickoff at lunchtime seems like a preparation problem

Reece Prescod started saying that, but he's now said he won't rule out PED use. I suspect all athletes will be leaned on to start using

I actually laughed out loud at that. And they say that Bluesky doesn't have The Juice

Yes, I think how we measure concepts is the most important thing we can teach in research methods. It's foundational, everything else flows from that point. How we choose to measure anything is going to affect the results and you can't model your way around poor measures

I think I got around ยฃ500 from my first payout. Subsequent payouts have been less. The legal journals are where the big money is

Time to repost this. I know he's struggling domestically, but if that's the case, you might as well stand by your principles

It's very weird, but unsurprising, that the most nationalist and "patriotic" parts of the political and media elite in the UK would be perfectly happy with the country becoming a fiefdom of the US

I'd like them all to keep losing. I'm running out of hope we'll get many more points
