The cliffhanger from episode 3 picking up where it did in episode 4 literally made my wife and I pause and triple check we hadn’t skipped around episodes. That was so sloppy. And episodes 5-9 I was BEGGING someone to say ANYTHING that wasn’t cryptic.

Okay I watched severance. Season 1 was a masterpiece. Season 2 was boring nonsense. Happy to debate

Ooh yeah I’ve played that! Had fun but kept running into an issue where the less-experienced player would end up on a team by themself halfway through and the rules were just too *much*, let alone figuring out strategies. Better game for “board game people”

I’m halfway through bingeing Till Death Do Us Blart and I can’t wait to finish episode 10 and then finally watch this flick.

Yeah that’s what I read, too! I wish I had the time to sink into this right now because I found it to be a history lesson and a spreadsheet wrapped in a UI and that’s my jam (I also loved medieval: total was 2 SO much in high school and this felt like that)

So maybe this is my “I live under a rock” moment but I just discovered a game called Crusader Kings 3 and I played the tutorial and literally laughed out loud several times as it kept throwing THINGS at me. Historical Terms, concepts, systems. But in a “oh wait I’m kinda getting… educated?” Way.

People who post bookshelves on second-hand marketplaces without giving the dimensions, why are you like this???

Yeah I’ve done base game twice. I tried to get into digital Root game and it didn’t do much for me. Might’ve felt different on the table though playing against a real person instead of AI (who I just kind of… ignored? While I did things until I won?)

I can’t play catan because I lose friends. Winning isn’t my goal. Making the first person who betrays me LOSE is always my goal. I’m toxic in catan
