In any case these are exciting times for the scholarship, new and interesting works are published daily.
I loved Pierre-Marc's emphasis on time, money and effort, I've seen all three in the field. I agree about the weighting, though it would be challenging to measure. Another thing we need to advance is what triggers these costs. A multi-level model of costs and triggers can also be a leap forward.
