I think my ME and PEM are the worst they’ve ever been in 11 years of having the disease. The crashes never get easier. It doesn’t help that I can’t take my anti-inflammatory medication due to terrible side effects.
I hope so. I have gone into remission a few times before (I’ve had ME for over 11 years). This disease has so many ups and downs. But the crashes never get easier, to be honest.
My ME has gotten significantly worse in the past couple months which sucks.
