Press releases are different than trailers, but I take your point. :)

Things I believe:
1- There should be more completely new films/TV shows.
2- Some franchises should end.
3- However, some legacy sequels are completely amazing!
4- You don’t know if something will be good or bad from press releases. You have to actually watch the finished product to know.

He is great, even if he is part of my least favorite subplot.

Cover for Issue 63 of Uncanny Magazine, art by Galen Dara titled "Blessed Universe." The central figure wears purple and silver priestly robes with a bright sun-like circle in the center of their chest. Splashes of dark purple criss-cross across the robes. They have their hands outstretched palm up, a glowing spot on each emits white vapor-like smoke. The figure appears to have dark purple tears streaming from their eyes flowing down their chin and neck. Their hair appears as a dark purple halo with planet-like spheres within, and more vapors trail upwards. They stand in front of a portal-like arch of silver, and in the background purple splashes resemble gas clouds, light purple circles resemble planets, and bright light pinpoints with white trails resemble stars. The words "March/April 2025" and "Issue Sixty-Three" are at top. The list of credits is on the bottom

Cover image Barbershops of the Floating City by Grace P. Fong. An Asian woman with long black hair, wearing a blue qipao-like dress with blue floral designs, holds a pair of black scissors and faces us. A shadowy figure, a woman in profile, stands behind her. At the women’s feet are gray-brown skyscrapers. Behind her is a pale-green-blue sky and a pale yellow sun-like circle surrounded by yellow rays and black angled points shaped like scissors. The Uncanny banner, May/June 2025, Issue Sixty-Four, list of author, essayists, and poets credits, and the editor credits, are on top of the image.

One of the bands Caitlin was super into during her last few years was Snail Mail. She was super excited to discover an artist only a couple of years older than her (My bands were all OLD PEOPLE :D). Here is "Valentine." www.youtube.com/watch?v=Zxar...

The cover for Uncanny Magazine Issue 69, "Kuolonuni" by Broci: A femme-looking figure with blue-green wavy hair and red eyes stands with one hand atop the other, open palmed up, a blue-pedaled flower with yellow stamens floats above centered to their chest. On their head is a pale blue snake with red eyes curled like a circlet. Their sleeves are pink, and their shoulders have wavy, yellow feathers or hair attached to a yellow and pink high collar. Behind them, green lily pads crowd each other out in a black background. The whole image has a hand-drawn look, with the colors textured like watercolors on paper. In white text is the "Uncanny" banner, "March/April 2026," Issue Sixty-Nine," and the artist, writer, essayist, poets, and Uncanny staff credits.

One day, I would like to look back at something in my life without having to think about how I have no idea in retrospect how I managed that process or the stress involved with accomplishing it.
