“I left my Manhattan apartment for Ukraine’s front lines. Now I’m fighting drones.”
Viktoriia Honcharuk quit her dream job at Morgan Stanley in 2022 to become a combat medic. She evacuated up to 100 wounded soldiers a week from one of the war’s deadliest fronts, The Times. 1/
😂 The 🇺🇸gaslighting is off the charts
A reminder from a report of the December European Council, that Orbán here is breaking an explicit promise to the other EU leaders:
@eucopresident.consilium.europa.eu "Costa turned to Orban and asked him. 'Will you veto the use of the headroom?' To which Orban replied, 'No',"
Iceland is preparing to bring forward its referendum on joining the European Union to August.
"Escalating threats from 🇺🇸, among them a joke by [🇺🇸ambassador] Billy Long that 🇮🇸 would become the 52nd state, have increased the urgency."
Its amazing to see the ethical cowardice of those who praise Trump but slam Witkoff. Witkoff has been appointed by Trump, promoted by Trump, praised by Trump and represents Trump at important meetings. He is Trump's creature completely. Criticize both of them or neither.
For More Than A Decade, Ukraine Has Stood On The Front Line Of Europe Defending What We All Should Stand For.
The years keep adding up.
February 24, 2026 marks four years of the russian full-scale war.
What happens next depends on all of us.

I’ve seen countless photos after russian attacks but this one somehow hurts in a special way . It looks almost like a painting . It could’ve been one, with a name like ‘A boy in blue puff in a crater left by Russian air attack. Kyiv region’

🇺🇦Syrskyi: Until the end of the negotiations, my task is to prevent the enemy from advancing deep into our defensive positions with my actions on the battlefield and, if possible, liberate our territory. This is what will ensure honest negotiations that will lead to a just peace.
We are the laughingstock of the world because of our moronic and psychotic president. Deservedly so.
We request full clarity on the steps the United States intends to take following the recent Supreme Court ruling on the International Emergency Economic Powers Act.

„Ich brauche Munition, keinen Flug“ war der Moment, als Liliputin verloren hatte. Nur ist das noch noch nicht seinem perversen Hirn angekommen.
Welcher andere europäische Politiker 2022 hätte so an seiner Stelle geantwortet? 🤔

❗️🇺🇦 There will be no peace, the most realistic scenario for 2026 is war, — former Foreign Minister Kuleba
📍After Medinsky returned to the Russian delegation, it became obvious that Moscow is in no hurry to reach real agreements. This is a circus, this is a farce. These are not negotiators.
Our social welfare programmes were largely in place well before we struck oil, but it is true that taking political control of the oil reserves, vs the oil companies, allowed us to more easily fund just about anything.

Here’s an ugly truth. When a President sends men and women to war, they have decided to spend American lives to buy things; to buy objectives, outcomes, results. This president will be willing to trade the currency of human life…for something as worthless as his ego. We will see that soon.
Working with the fantastic Governor of Louisiana, Jeff Landry, we are going to send a great hospital boat to Greenland to take care of the many people who are sick, and not being taken care of there. It's on the way!!! President DJT
Healthcare in Greenland is publicly funded, free at the point of use, and despite geographical challenges considered very good.
Healthcare costs in the USA are extortionate and responsible for 60% of all US bankruptcies.
So maybe Denmark should be sending hospital ships the other way.
“Children never start wars, yet they suffer the most from them.”
This was highlighted outside the U.S. Congress during Ukrainian Week in Washington by Yaroslav Oleksiv, the father of 11-year-old Roman, who survived a rocket strike on a clinic in Vinnytsia in the summer of 2022.
Every time Putin is on the ropes, the West throws him a lifeline. This is what you get. Time to crush him, and the best place to get retribution is in Ukraine.

Witkoff is completely out of his depth.
He is a sociable but corrupt businessman with a low IQ negotiating with a national leader who has an intelligence background on a subject he knows nothing about.
This cannot end well
Ukraine is decisive for European security. Its collapse would remove the main constraint preventing Russia from reconstituting forces and expanding westward.
Supporting Ukraine is not charity - it is the most cost-effective way to degrade Russian power.
