The head especially is fantastic.
The head especially is fantastic.
Vamp's Renegade Rhetoric collage image design doesn't use Ripclaw as a base despite Ripclaw being a homage to Vamp, this may seem weird at first especially since the design instead used Cybertron Megatron for the body and Chop Shop's head however, seeing the results it works imo.
Pumper didn't release in Canada (probably due to safety regulations concerning his very small gun which is seemingly why he never released in Europe or Australia), however we do know that since he was listed on cross-sells his bilingual name would've been Pompeur in Canada.
The Boomer Vehicles did receive digital designs for the Renegade Rhetoric collage images and both were designed after Blastcharge from Beast Machines.
Blast is the Renegade Boomer vehicle and made only one appearance in any media and that was in the episode Terror in Atlantis where it was used by Guardian-affiliated humans.
Transformers Age of the Primes Gobots Universe Power Warrior Nemesis
7/7
Nemesis did receive a digital design for the Fun Publications mural despite the toy never being released. The design is based on the Prime Bumblebee Battle Suit toy's alt mode.
The toy packaging for the Gobot Boomers is the only thing to ever portray them having a personality, and every other piece of media completely ignores this and fully depicts them as being mindless drones or as vehicles.
A new Machine Robo Unitroborn figure has been revealed and this time it is a crossover with the Manga series Crayon Shin-chan! The figure consists of Shin-Chan and a container of Chocobi which is the character's favorite snack!
Crazy Hasbro made a figure based on the Machine Robo Best 5 version of Trailer Robo aka Road Ranger and we just never talked about it.
There was also a knockoff motorized version that tried a similar type of leg motorization as the weird Robo Leader knockoff but its obviously a different mold. This knockoff goes for a very... minimalist take on Road Ranger's color scheme to put it nicely.
I unfortunately do have to admit that this goes hard
Figure King is a Japanese magazine highlighting toys and one of the issues of the magazine had the cover be of Blue Jet / Jet Robo saluting AppleLobster and Uta-Zo. Which is as far as I can remember the only time Unitroborn has recognized previous Machine Robo toylines.
Considering Tri-Trak's unique alt mode of a trike, you'd expect that he wouldn't get a design for the Fun Publication mural that fit the alt mode however he actually did get one with Human Alliance Backfire who turned into almost a reverse tricycle.
To those wondering why Leader-1 has a skeleton inside him, that is because he accidentally killed Nick Burns his pilot during a fight with Cy-Kill and kept him inside his torso for presumably hundreds to thousands of years then saw his ghost when he died.
Machine Robo Mugenbine Impactdile
The DX Sirender figure from Gekisou Sentai Carranger uses the exact same transformation as Patrol CG from the CG Robo toyline which had released 4 years earlier. Said to be the case because the person in charge liked the transformation.

What the fuck man
Transformers Age of the Primes Gobots Universe Road Ranger Digibash
6/7
would've been the descendant of Optimus Prime rather than Optimus being his descendant.
Since we know there were some plans to have the IDW Gobots comic take place after Transformers rather than a prequel to it, the line in Road Ranger's introduction where it's stated he was descended from kings might be a holdover from early versions where he presumably... 1/2
probably doesnt really matter at all tbh
Triple Jim has a VERY brief cameo in Machine Robo Battle Hackers, continuity-wise though he is supposed to be a human version of the character in the OVAs that take place at the same time. An explanation for how two different versions exist were never given but it also... 1/2
*and many
5. Planet of the Apes, like multiple times
6. Braxis' face being based on Swamp Thing villain Anton Arcane
Any many more!
3. Scarface's iconic line.
4. The ending of Uncanny X-Men #132
The IDW Gobots comic makes a lot of cultural/real world references, including but not limited to:
1. The epilogue of Barry Lyndon
2. THAT Captain America drawing...
that develop similar lifestyles to humans and technology, holy coincidences Batman.
(This is all assuming the time travel hypothesis isn't true and they're not able to stop the Gobots uprising, which yes, there's time travel in this comic).
The ending of Gobots reveals that the Gobots create the Transformers and Gobotron probably becomes Cybertron, and teases Bumblebee and Optimus meaning that for the Transformers continuity to take place there has to be another planet in the galaxy called Earth, with humans... 1/2
Along with both color schemes being absurdly rare and expensive on the aftermarket Tail Pipe never featured in any single piece of Gobots media before the franchise was sold to Hasbro, poor bud.
