One of my favorite additions to my desk! Love this set I got for Christmas.

Go to messenger.com, install it as a Chrome app, and boom, Messenger is back. 🙂 👍

It’s shares. He says, ‘We’re trying to optimize for bringing people together over creativity, and one of the best ways to do that is through DMs.’ Make your content DM-worthy.

One of my biggest Black Friday / Cyber Monday tips: reply to comments fast, by name, and with personality. People remember brands that act like real humans during chaotic sale weeks. 🙂

Happy Spooky Season

Before anything else, you must understand your ideal audience. ✨

Social media success hinges on delivering the right message to the right people at the right time. If you don’t know who your audience is, you’re essentially shouting into a void and hoping someone listens.

You can’t post sporadically and expect consistent results. Audiences need regular touchpoints to recognize and trust your brand. Show up consistently and predictably. 🙂

Make sure you have a presence OUTSIDE of social media like a website or a newsletter because social media is rented space, and it could be lost at any time.

People don't buy services, they buy solutions. 👍

Followers is a vanity metric. Engagement is what matters.
Virality doesn’t matter. Those people will disappear. Building a engaged audience takes time.
People can tell when you're using AI. They crave authenticity on social media, so don’t fake it.
