Marzan died in US military service. Regardless of what one may think of the circumstances that led to this casualty, the very least you could do for a fallen service member is have an actual human write, or at least proofread, the text you publish about his or her death. Every casualty deserves better regardless of circumstances. This sends a message about the level of care and concern you show for your Soldiers, Sailors, Airmen, and Marines, and that message is quite simply that you don't. Do better. You are embarrassing yourselves and all of us who have served. CW3 Marzan has family and friends who will look at that press release and see an institution that can't even announce a casualty correctly or with the solemnity it deserves.
