This year for Thanksgiving, instead of baking a ham, I’m going to try smoking one. For the smoke I’m going to use maple wood chips, with a pineapple and bourbon mixture for the steam.
A change in my diabetes medication. More exercise. Better food habits. McDonald’s sent a condolence card thinking I had died. Lol.
Today is my birthday! Getting to retirement age. Trying to get healthier to prolong my life. I’ve lost 45 lbs in 5 months. Trying to outlive the administration of the orange sex offender.

Right wing lies, misinformation, and dysfunction has made our country weaker in every way.
Most states saw a budget surplus this past year. The family friendly states made sure that students received meals without cost and stigma. The other gave tax breaks to the wealthy.
