What makes him a quality player?
What makes him a quality player?
One thing I don't quite understand. This rookie class tested stupidly well in the combine and yet Alec Pierce is supposedly a hot commodity. How can both be true?
Ha blast from the past! I heard the same in journalism school from a very stern lady professor. I wonder who came up with that one.
Hereβs where rookie picks have historically landed the past few yrs in startups. The data is a couple weeks old but from the same timeframe each yr.
I asked ChatGPT the advantages of an all bald coaching staff and the answers were surprisingly great: 1/2
In dynasty (the only real context I can provide) itβs more accessible based on startup adp which makes it average at cost. A 2nd round rookie pick is costing about the same as its 3rd round peer last year
Glad you liked it!

Oh I like this!
I think we get so caught up in making this game complicated that we sometimes miss out on things so simple weβve forgotten theyβre true.
That sometimes itβs enough to do an evaluation or ranking and see where yours differs from the loudest voicesβ¦ & acquire those pieces for less than you ought to
Ha I love the reframing!
I can get on board with that. There are all these layered choices we make that are bucketed in big labeled bins to make the smaller stuff more contextual. The funny thing is I was actually thinking vets but never said it. Just half a thought that is cleanly inside that truism.
What if we left the rebuild/contend dynasty cycle and just bought into whatever the strength of the rookie class presents at volume? I think Iβm going to give myself more permission to think in terms of access rather than my own teamβs state and let it shake out from there
Thatβd be a policy I could get behind for the next few years
Sorry, I don't have the last one, but 2025 just doesn't look like most of Moore's career in my view.

Today Iβm feeling very grateful for the people Iβve had the chance to meet from fantasy football. There is an abundance of genuinely good folks here and my life is better to know yall.
His deep throw rate and first read share was wholly unsustainable
Since itβs Kyler Murray day. Heβs also got the 6th highest top six finish rate since 2014
"DID YOU KNOW Murray is one of two quarterbacks in the NFL to average 230+ passing yards and 35+ rushing yards per game over their career? The other is Josh Allen."

Iβm not sure weβve properly calibrated the βgood guy:bad guyβ machine either. May need to get that thing serviced before launching a billion missiles
