The Sibley Prairie is one of the last remnants of lake plain prairie in SE Michigan. it's kind of a miracle that it still exists. Many conservation groups have come together in an effort to preserve it. I have donated, and hope that, if you can, you will too.

These are βlow enrollmentβ majors but the classes are regularly at capacity. They changed the funding structure a few years ago here, switching the allocation from course enrollments to majors then blamed these departments for a structural, top-down change. This is entirely a political choice.

Republicans targeted pro-Palestine students. Then, with no firm pushback, expanded their operations to what we see today.
Mamdani was among the few Democrats who immediately stood against it.
