Cud happen on rare occasions. But he seemed more sociopathic than psychotic & cud be functional & charming. However who knows bc so many of these conditions can be mixed. His high level of function leads me to think he’s unlikely schizophrenic or w/ schitzoaffective disorder. Maybe he’s whole DSM?

I’m all over it. I can’t say much bc I’m sure I’ll say something politically incorrect about it but I’m in the majority when I say that while murder shud not be the answer, what many of these companies have done is ostensibly murder their customers by denying coverage! Reprehensible.

Consumer mistreatment/injustice is a big trigger for me. Healthcare injustice for patients is another (& also hot news topic in our city). We have recourse - we just have to empower ourselves to seize it!

Sorry i over-react when subject comes up. I hate it when big companies take advantage of consumers! Internet/cable is one industry that needs work! I sued a BIG unscrupulous company myself years back (stemming from Superstorm Sandy) & won easily. Sometimes it’s our only recourse!
